With 20 years of experience, Michael K. Davis is an expert in New York City's residential sales and commercial lease real estate markets. Michael has a nuanced understanding of valuation and the driving forces behind it all. Romy Hechinger
Romy adds experience, class, and professionalism to her team, specializing in residential sales and leasing. She has a passion for property and custom marketing, and uses her tools to capitalize on every opportunity to reach her client's goals. Born and raised in Long Island, Romy was introduced to New York real estate at a young age while helping her mother stage properties and conduct open houses for her sales listings.
Suzanne Johansson-Cawley
Suzanne began her career in luxury residential real estate in 1994. She continues to represent owners and investors by selling, managing, and leasing residences in Park Millennium, Millennium Tower, and beyond. In 2004, Suzanne served as Sales Director representing Oaktree Capital with the exclusive for floors 20-25 in Park Millennium. In addition to conducting sales there just under $80 million, working directly with buyers, brokers and preparing for events, she was responsible for preparing partnership market reports as well as international sales.
